Two words, really: Mini Razor. Trapper's a darn good shot with one on that all-deb Crow of his.
But yes, so far Codename guns seem to be in vogue. I personally use two RAGNAROK and two GOLDEN BLADE. Lovely guns.

A short addendum to that: other guns occasionally used by higher-ranking members include Kusari and other house civilian guns, like Disinfector-class Kusari blasters. Love those things. And yes, codes and Mini Razors are invaluable parts of our armaments.
