Of course you can. Just transfer the money to [Janitor]A&L-Guy prior to the event, and the winners will get the double amount payed out.
Midnight Mass ? The event runs from 10:00 to 13:00 GMT. Hopefully the Midnight Mass from Rome isn't transmitted then.

I can't participate, but I am adding the following character to the prizes if there are more than 10 contestants participating :
1 Bounty Hunter Destroyer, equipped with 1 Pulse, 1 LM, rest BHG Turrets, a TCD, a CAP VI armour, fully Guild Core ID'ed and IFF'ed, with 365 hours on the clock, 50 systems visited, 51 bases visited and 74 jumpholes found.
A&L Guy together with Seth Karlo can decide which participant among the contestants should get it, whether by a random selection amongs the partipants and the pirates/lawfulls that have stopped/helped participants, or some other procedure.

That price ought to attract enough players I hope. It has been added to the prize inventory. Now it just remains to be seen if there will be more than 10 contestants in starfleas waiting at Manhattan the 24'th.
