And I have an idea for the situation at hand with Connecticut:
1) We move Connecticut away from the other systems so it's like Bastille.
2) We set up a command, "/teleport Connecticut".
3) If the command is used in Connecticut then the ship is teleported to the base it used the command to get into Connecticut.

Why does it still exist? Wasn't there talk about removing it a couple of versions back? It's either way, malplaced and somewhat OORPish.

Already same idea put here... about Conn like Bastille.. but its not possible because it can be used in space only. But can this get fixed so you can do it other way?

Just fly there. If anyone asks, tell them you're going to conn. In fact, just say "//ignore me, going to conn." every time you pass someone to be safe.
