To all pilots, captain and fleet commanders, this is Chanceller Kristy Samus, New evidence has come to light and now confirms that there was GMG involvement in the attacks near New Berlin.

Therefore as of 6Am GMT Friday, November 18, Rheinland is Offically at war with the GMG and any associates.

This includes the Outcasts and the Terrorist Arch Angel, If Rheinlands actions are in any way inhibated by outside factions then All RM ships are allowed to open fire

I am now placeing All of Rheinland in Martial law, Smuggling of anykinda will seen as a infiltration of RH space and you will be asked to drop your cargo or you will be fired apon.

As for the "Occupation" of Sigma-13, please note I said Helgoland and Yanagi. Helgoland is controlled by the ALG, a company that is under Rhinland protection, and Yanagi is a crucial staging point for attacks into the heart of Rhinland space; the New Berlin jumphole. Only those two areas are under Rhinland control. We do not claim any other areas of Sigma-13, and you are free to move about the rest of said space normally. The Frankfurt Jumpgate will be guarded, and when I can wrangle a spare cruiser or battleship, the New Berlin Jumphole will also be placed under guard. We will not, I repeat, not engage any forces in Sigma-13, unless they try to enter restricted areas. The restricted areas are;
The New Berlin Jumphole
The Frankfurt Jumpgate
Helgoland station will also be under protection, but you will be free to move about near-by. All of this is justifyable, and within my jurisdiction. We have made no other agressive moves, and we WILL pull back to our own borders when the current situation is resolved.
