The Baffin Accords - Doc Holliday - 03-02-2010
If we're doing it for this weekend, Saturday afternoon say, 2000 GMT or better will be best for me. If not that, maybe Sunday @ 2100 GMT as I have theater practice on Sunday afternoons.
A few things I will do for this event:
-Shasta Orbital Skyhook will be closed during the conference.
-A security perimeter will be established 13k from the diplomats to keep eve's droppers away.
-Normal trade traffic from the Tau29 JH to the Coronado JH will not be disturbed.
-[TAZ]Ambassador's.Ark will be my diplomatic ship present.
If there are any other needs for this, let me know and I'll add to this.

The Sunday at 2100 GMT is best for myself. I'm checking with the other leaders in GMT-5. Our security chief says he can be there for an hour or so from that time.
ZoE is considering a small gift for each faction present, so come with at least 250 Cargo Space free. (Considering mind you, but still, bring a freighter along)
We can help with the security, we've got quite a couple drones that can set up the perimeter and we've got some bombers and a Cap for Security. Perhaps we should hold the meeting somewhere that's not traveled to in Baffin very often. Like the other side of the Sun or by the Twins?
How are we going to record this? Screenshot after screenshot? I've got chatlog on myself. Maybe we should have someone video record it?
I'm just throwing out stuff that comes to me.

And yeah, I think Saturday will work out quite well. Since Tuesday is willing to participate on behalf of the Blood Dragons, all I need is a GC representative to work out base/territory issues.

I can only promise to try. I have theater rehearsal all afternoon on Sunday and I'm down to one car so I may get stuck there. Sorry, it's the best I can do for Sunday.
If I make it, I may allow my son to sit in just to watch how RP is done as he is learning the game. He plays by the name "brutaka."

Sorry, Gang, but I CANNOT be there. If it was just a theater practice, I could do it but as my wife's car is down, we are all headed up as she has to work and I will be stuck up there until late tomorrow night.
