Freighters vs Transports - Doc Holliday - 02-26-2010
The armament of an X-shuttle is sometimes why people will RP them as a shuttle to deploy a Marine landing force on a base. It can blast it's way in and take a bit of punishment itself.

I rarely pirate in a Dromedary. It's fun. A trio of class 8 Debs and a rack of Purple Goddess Turrets, with Screamer Mines for most of the de-shielding of enemy transports.
Works pretty well if I'm careful. But you really need to be careful with Mining Ships and (surprisingly) Salvagers. And make sure you keep plenty of Screamers and TCDs on-hand.

Exactly the same loadout as on my own Dromedary, except I like to use a Mosquito better since I don't pirate.
