My two cents: Make it less tall, flatter all around.
Prehaps have the central part of the ship be a large bio dome as well, with a sensor dish attacked beneth it.

I honestly think it's a bit well, ugly.
It just looks like a toy ship to me, nothing that I would seriously consider flying in space.
Could I maybe see it with the strange thing at the top (The thing that looks like a probe) removed and the front upper bulkhead/fin removed, along with the pipes?
