The best way to get zoner rep is to get almost hostile to them and then go to Bethlehem station in Pennsylvania and get a double or triple zoner bribe

actually, its better to get completely hostile to them after docking betlehem and then get a quad one;)

Take it from the guy who has made 51 ZG ID's, that he can count of, that you can get quadruple bribes when your reputation with Zoners is neutral.
That, and you do not want to make Zoners more than one bar hostile. (Reduces repping cost.)
To be dead honest, the easiest way to get a Zoner Guard ID, is to pay me to do it for you.:D

I have three trains, on three different routes.
Why would I want four? (Especially when I can get the reputation myself.)
