Wait, /droprep isn't free? Since when? I've done my fair amount of dropping reputations on a couple of characters and to my knowledge I haven't paid a single credit for it.
On the topic: how about a /droprepall to remove all green factions and remove any IFF tag. Handy for someone that wants to start fresh and not (hopefully) having to bother with droprepping again when they have achieved their desired tag.

Hm. This has probably been brought up before, but might it be possible to make a /setrep command instead?
Of course, it wouldn't take just any old rep on your repsheet and flash it for you. If a faction is already full green on your sheet, but it's not the "flashing" one, you could do /setrep <faction> to get your tag.
And if you try to /setrep a faction that's not full green, you get an error message or something.
Possible?

Killing NPCS would lower your rep anyways
it doesn't make a lump of sense regarding the price tag on a command to drop your reputation.

Yeah, I also think /droprep shouldn't really cost anything.
Quite a few times I've wasted millions dropping rep. (a nightmare when trying to drop to a guard tag!)
Because even if the guard rep is second on the list, It'll drop to nearly... every... single... rep thats just behind it.
