Drake explained my point...

and, Dreygon..i think all the terrorists are unique...

SCRA has different rules too.

Maybe NovaPG is supposed a more typographic pirate. The pirates we have now are more like crime rings or mobs. I think a nice balance would be not being able to demand money. As terrorists and dangerous pirates they want you to die anyway so they may ask to get cargo but they may or may not then destroy you anyway. A NovaPG would want to ask for cargo first to avoid damaging the goods. Just my thought.

@Mal: I was pirated by Nova a while back...so I thought they were more in to pirating

What I am saying here, is that commiting acts of terrorism conflicts with demanding cargo when battleships and cruisers are concerned, because this means that cruisers and battleships can't pirate, but can instead just shoot on sight.

Server rules before RP...

Server Rule 7.13 Wrote:7.13 Pirates and terrorists have a right to deal as much damage as they see fit before or after demanding money from a trader ship, but killing trader ship before demanding money is not allowed. Attacking traders or demanding cargo is not allowed for cruisers and battleships, unless cruisers and battleship belong to Terrorist ID or Phantom ID owner.

So, either the ID needs a bit of a tweak. Or the server rules do in order for this to work. Correct?

Well, I never...

Fair enough then. In that case, I think it should be made clear in the ID that battleships and cruisers cannot attack traders in any circumstance, just so its clearer. Seems a bit hazy as it is now, you agree?

Agreed.:)

Can the Phantoms even use cruisers and battleships? I thought they were pretty much only fighters.

We have a few capital ships, we could kill whatever we want with them as well. But we don't, why? Because we don't like to capship whore. Having more then 2-3 in a battle is a little much, so we prefer fighters.:)

They can, but the Phantoms have strict capship usage (like AW, they like using fighters/bombers much more than capships). They have, to my knowledge, one battleship, and thats the flagship. Then a couple cruisers, somewhere around 3-4 last I knew. The rest are Raven's Talons (The ship the Phantom NPCs use).

I think a few Claws are mixed in there too...

But enough of the thread hijacking people!

Anyone got anything else to say about this (waits for NovaPG heads-of-state)

Sirs

As you can see we have our own ID Now and yes its Unclear as to if we can or will Pirate with this ID.

I can Tell you this that after the final release No NovaPG will pirate under our tags,

This is "The Next Step" we have spoke about in our dumps for a long time.

We will conduct our faction in role play always and follow Discovery Rules.

This Faction is Invite only and we have strict rules as to what our members can do.

We will always be blood dragons and will always defend our faction.

We have traders who trade for our credit and when the final version comes out we will only attack traders who have a faction tag or aligned tags who are against our roleplay.

Any other comments on this issue please post, but dont expect the NovaPG to answer any more questions out side our dumps.

Captain Bruce Willis Out............
