Fly through Newcastle a few times, and imagine if every system's that quiet.
All this will do is make the crowding around Manhattan, Malta, Gamma, etc. even worse because - here's a shock - people play online to interact with other people.

I don't see reason why this idea wont be added to game, but informing message would be necessary then. many new players don't know what blue letters means. Disco isn't newbie friendly now don't make it more unfriendly.
