A brief explanation of RP would be good and I recon it should be done,
but I also think that clans should give in- depth rules on how to RP for
their faction on their own forums. So a Corsair group would have the
ways to pirate in RP in stead of just saying 'gimme all ya $' or something like
that, which is stupid.

Hello! Yes I agree with you jammi...
Well, until now we have 30 votes for "yes", 8 for "no", and none of the people who voted for "no" posted why they didn't agree with the suggestion.
I want to remember that it will be a BRIEF explanation, without restrictions, etc. because, as Locke well said, "just about anything could be RPed".
We could indeed also make some hints to improve the RP, but they will be OPTIONAL and will not intended to be an "extension" of the rules. Just "suggestions" to improve the RP but not a "must to follow".
I will wait for admins approbation, specially Igiss, the creator of the rules post...;)

Some players I've seen aren't rude or intentionally breaking rules, they just aren't sure about how to follow them. They need to have the RPG aspect of the game explained to them as it is something new to them.
It isn't fair to shout at them for being ignorant when they are perfectly nice folk that want to play in our sandbox...
