As the other side of the fence here;
I have no problems with Kusari being present at this event. At most one destroyer, no battleships. Smaller ship counts do not matter.

You should note that Dab =/= Exile.
From what I can gather of people's interpretation of this event, I foresee many being disappointed by it. Don't expect epic PvPz on the scale of ZTC's Leonardo events.
