Well let me put it this way...
Our RP story is that a man from original Cincinnatus order gave us this mission.
The name is kind of respect to the that original Order ("branch")..if it is an import it is import from the game itself.
Order just has a primary fleet and no other known branches so we can make a faction from it. Like let`s say houses do.
So does that explains it, or you have some other reasons you dislike the name besides the one you stated ?

What I mean with Nationalistic is that you are far too patriotic as Order players, you seem to (not all the time) show true hostiliy towards Nomad, Wild and BHG, as if it's a personal war, not just a game.
It'll get better with time I suppose, just constructive advice.
As for the rule regarding Nomad Thrusters,
The fact that it says Nomad Thruster, means that it fits under the Nomad Tech cell on the tech chart, this makes it red for you.
The Zoners are the only ones allowed to use it as it's sold on a Zoner base. Same way Order can use Vengances and Magma Hammers.
And the name of the group really isn't important.

We have been using them though, as we checked
with several admins and we were told its ok.

I agree with Akura, please, tone down the OORP hatred of some of your members towards the BHG in particular, we are really sick of it, and it has no place in Discovery (if you dont know what im talking about, ask Will Clayton).
Other than that, you may also want to bear in mind that the Order is fighting a defensive war with the BHG, this means that camping Dabadoru is not what the Order does. This is because the Order is, in RP, a small and covert organisation, not the vast legions that the Core is, it would be nice if your RP reflected this in game.
This is all the feedback i can offer at the current time, and i hope the feedback gets better as time progresses.

As for the name, well sorry man it`s ours and I can`t make you to like it, I just wanted to explain why is it like it is.
I expressed myself wrong, yes I know Order have Primary,Secondary...and so. ( I was kind of comparing we have Order ID, LIberty has LN,LPI and LSF IDs, which give them much more groups again..sort of speak).
But we wanted to make something on our own, with full cooperation inRP with Primary,Secondary,HC and so on.

But the Order RP isn't different, unlike LN / LSF RPs. The Order was created to protect humanity from the aliens (Nomads, the Wild, Phantoms quite possibly). The Order doesn't express hostility against humans usually, unless they're infected or intrested in obtaining nomad technology. I'm not sure what can you change here, but well, you're trying to do something, that's good already.

Firstly our "chars" hate the BHG with a passion, and we will always
talk to you as enemies would talk to enemies.
We are not going invite you to a picnic and take windy walks on the beach,
we are at war and we hate you. (Game Wise not really haha)
Regarding camping , at no time do we ever do this. We do regular
patrols of Delta, and on 1 occasion we went to aid an Agent in distress,
near Dab. There are detailed reports of this in our logs.
One incident should not be made out that it happens every day.

I agree sometimes it happens that our players can be aggressive, guess getting into a role sometimes make you forget you play with other people. We sure will work on this, I know myself how stupid is when somebody attacks me with so much hatred OORP. But inRP I understand such things (especially if I talk to that person later in PM like "Good fight" and such)
I must say I never was in time when this camping Dabadoru occurred . So I won`t comment much on that. But in compare with that is like couple of BHG fighters come in Minor to fight. InRP couple of fighters wouldn`t come to the Order home system and expect to live. Same thing when BHG bigger ships come. BHG wouldn`t waste resources if they don`t decide to pull something bigger. Just my opinion.
But of course this is about TCG. so we will try to be as much as we should inRP.
EDIT: My fellow players told me such camping never happened without a good RP reason such as aiding an Order agent
