I don't think anything needs to be changed. It's fine the way it is. Although, a reason why they have no physical body in their natural state would be nice.
Now I just have to get off my lazy bum and finish my story, introducing my little race. Aliens everywhere!

I'm not sure why. I'll come up with something in a day or less.
EDIT: If anyone has any ideas, feel free to post them. Try to make them include WHY they don't like their natural state.
I'm working on this myself, suggestions are just helpful.

One reason they have no physical bodys could be do to being born in Zero G?, and over the Billions of years these creatures have lived in space maybe they evolved into what they are now, the one setback being is that they require a Host to fufill the other aspects of there live, like Mating, Emotions, Love stuff like that?
