I would enjoy seeing some special characters such as the Tundra or Trent there, as long as they are limited and not everyone gets to be one.
Although can we not reload the checkpoint every time Trent dies? That could get repetetive....

Should I jump in as Trent, if he gets knocked out, I won't throw him in again. This will force me into conservative fighting in a fighter. I refuse to place Trent into anything bigger than that when I know there will be a lot of capital ships.
If I manage to flee, I would bring him back. If he gets shot down, I'll RP him ejecting, but badly injured in the process.

Seems like the fairest way to do it. Unless someone has a nomad orb of doom and you get to go all glowy:P
I guess it depends on Agmen really though, as it's his event.

Since in these events, the players represent the countless (effectively) faceless npc's that are continuously fighting all over Sirius, any special and specific PC's that would be present would, if killed in battle, NOT be respawning again on the main server.
As in, if the Tundra or Trent were there and they died, then they'd be dead ... permanently. While this may be in line with the storyline, I'd sooner not have to make many more restart ships. I'm right now at 20 or so different ships avaialble.
Oh, and one change I'll say now, as per request of the Nomad / Keeper leadership. The Scorpion will not be available as a restart ship.
