Creativ Critism-Horus Transport - Scorlord - 10-15-2007 Well sense I need to make sense of this is here is RP version of it. The Horus Class Transport is the Orders answer for moving vital materials to aid their fight against the remaining Nomad threat. With it's slim design and speed she has the ability to out run and blast through any blockade, or multiple Nomad battleships. Due to the fact these are used by the Order the Zoners have made several ships for anyone with the right amount of cash. With their natural shield in front of the main hold they have become known as blockade runners for the more scrupulous type. Creativ Critism-Horus Transport - RingoW - 10-15-2007 Quote: to out run and blast through any blockade, or multiple Nomad battleships Did you changed your mind? An Dreadnought, hm, i don't know. The Order has the Osiris BS. They are in need of a transport not a capship.:P Btw, in my last post i meant a bridge, not a cockpit. A cockpit would be out of place. Set the bridge on top of your ram or right behind or on the backbone of the model. Maybe a bridge in a round shape like the Osiris has. Creativ Critism-Horus Transport - Scorlord - 10-15-2007 No I mean a transport, that can shoot enough to run away. Mainly to scare away people, or enough to allow you to get into cruise. Never meant for it to kill them, just an expression or sorts. Creativ Critism-Horus Transport - RingoW - 10-15-2007 :P This smiley means, i understood your meaning, just want to be a bit sarcastic. I woul suggest 8 turrets maybe 10 at the max. All others seems to be overpowered, even if it is designated to the Order. Creativ Critism-Horus Transport - Unseelie - 10-15-2007 sort of opposed to the Order needing a transport. the Order only has 2 bases, well, 4. but, 2 are battleships orbiting planets...so they are sort of cohesive units. and, how far do the order range? two, three jumps from home? easy for a fighter wing to do without resupply... so, what are they using it for? if we don't see npc's using transports in the order, why make them for the order? Creativ Critism-Horus Transport - RingoW - 10-15-2007 In Omicron 100: Mora Station, Lisbon Station, Evora Shipyard, BS Apophis. In Omicron Minor: Planet Toledo and BS Isis. Planet Toledo and Evora Shipyard are definitly in need of a supply by bigger transports. Creativ Critism-Horus Transport - Scorlord - 10-16-2007 Not to start a fight or anything, but for you to shoot this down is the same as shooting down pirate Battleships. They have the same bases. @AoM: I intended for this thing to only have 6-8 turrets, mainly four up front and four spread out around the middle and rear. I can make its CMP, MAT, and Hardpoint it, but I don't know how SUR files work. Well it helps I don't have to do SUR files here. Creativ Critism-Horus Transport - Unseelie - 10-16-2007 corsairs and outcasts, are much bigger than the order, the rest of the pirates, really shouldn't have battleships. do they have battleships? |
