Kusari Explorer = the new Tridente = gunboat you can fly with a Pirate ID thus go anywhere you want

Also, I'm all for making Zoner equipment a red cell. I'm firm on Zoner diplomatic relations, too many people think Zoners = Civilians.

Zoners don't want conflicts with other factions to keep their 'Neutrality' the way it currently is.
And I could never find a reason why would they allow Pirates (Who just fly around cause trouble) use their Guns... Specially GB ones.
Freelancers are usually those who just fly around and explore, and usually not causing trouble for anyone.
Mercs, on the other hand... Well, Thats another story, much like the one for Pirate ID. But I think changing Zoner Cell to White for Mercs would cause so much Q_Q that the forums will sink.

Every faction bare Gaians that has a gunboat also has own turrets. So if those factions sell their GB to someone, they'll most likely also sell it with turrets no?
There aren't many "generic" GBs, maybe, just maybe the Kusari Explorer is... yet since it's "kusari" explorer it should probably come with kusari gb turrets?

Anyhow, purple on the tech chart. It's made to be abused, so go ahead, fly an uber explorer / zoney armed gunboat
