The actions being taken on both sides are starting to get discusting. They were new, now they know. And yet we're STILL hounding them! All of you just back off!
This is getting out of hand... Igiss, we're going to need some definate rules on the matter soon. I'd be willing to help however I can.

Okay guys.
Server rules are pretty specific. So let me put them in easy, cheesy english for *ALL* to understand:
1) Capital Ships (Cruisers, Dreadnoughts, Huegnots) CANNOT use Shield Batteries and/or Nano Bots in a Player v Player battle. Nor can they F1 in and out of a battle just to avoid destruction. Only F1 out of a battle if you're on the run and don't want to lose valuable cargo.
2) Fighters (any LF, HF, VHF) can use Nanos, Shields, *AND* Missles. Missles/Torpedoes are mountable on fighters, so they can use them.. otherwise, the fighter is VASTLY outgunned in a fighter v cap ship. they also cannot F1 out of a battle, except if they're on the run, and have valuable cargo.
This is my personal rule here, ladies and gentlemen. I will not tolerate out-of-control name calling like what was posted in a screenshot by Angel. If any such crap happens again, I will take action to stop it. Igiss may be the primary administrator of the Discovery 24/7 Server, but I own the hardware and I am paying for the bandwith used. I did not volunteer to host the official Discovery server just so this kind of crap could happen. It ends here. and NOW. Next offense I hear about will get $100 mil removed or they'll lose some mounted equipment. Each offense after that will result in a timmed ban.
I don't want to see this kind of thing happen again, people. If someone is attacking others, and not following server rules.. EXPLAIN THEM. Explain in simple english. Don't go playing the game of "an eye for an eye" on the server.. that hardly solves anything and can create a bigger problem.
Igiss can either back me up or kick my ass.. either way.. I would like for this to STOP before it truely gets out of hand. I talked with several -=?=- members last night (revereant i believe it was) and explained the rules. Cardamine, i hope you get with him and read this post throughly.

Samus was attacking us with torpedos whilst we were outside Berlin. We'd already defeated the battleship and cruiser and she was just zipping about. We didn't really care, and chased her around a bit. Sure, we used batteries - she was playing hit and run. Check the nova range.
As for F1, nobody can prove anything. AFAIK no -=?=- have F1'd. Baltic/Samus claimed we F1'd before the battle began. Actually, my computer crashed and I reappeared 10 minutes later. I hadn't been shot, so F1'ing wouldn't have done anything anyway.
Provide hard evidence, or shut the hell up. It's the only way anybody will prove anything, and seeing you can quite easily forge an F1 screenshot it's just not going to happen. You guys lost miserably, and you claim we cheat. Thats about it, there is no substantiation and all opinions are biased.

It is true cardamine, i switched char AFTER docking. And in today's fight IG <--> TG, there were 3-4 IG in the game and 3 TG. And you =?= guys come with 3-4 huegenots ( i dont remember) . Anyways, i saw calculator and you , i think using nano/shld. And when you requested me 1 million, before docking, you took me a lot of my shield.

The only reason for performing any official actions against you for now is insulting and usage of bad language while playing, and Angel already posted evidence. After rules will be amended, you'll have to change the way you act or leave. Before the amendments, just try to watch what you are saying in the in-game chat. If there will be other cases of insulting, I will have to start banning people - for several days at least.
You've been warned.
