I don't really get the war with rheinland (we have enought targets to shoot :))
I got the impression (from reading all info cards in the area about the 80 years war) that they don't like each other at all, but they are never allowed to go into each others territory and never fight or anything. All shipments (including H-Fuel) from S13 to Rheinalnd are delivered to Mainz storage facility in Frankfurt (as it says on the info card) by Kusari ships.
Some other pieces of the puzzle:
- ALG (Rheinland company) got the cleaning job in S13.
- H-Fuel price in Rheinland is 2nd lowest of all houses (behind Kusari) at New Berlin it costs 150. If the GMG didn't ship any fuel to Rheinland the price would have been much higher.
So I would say that GMG vessels should not be allowed into rheinland the same for RH vessels into territory (S13,S19). No fighting or anything like that off course.
Don't really know how RepEx fits in, but because of the ALG presence in S13 I'd say that GMG doesn't mind Rheinland companies in Sigmas.. only RM and RP.

Oki m8, as I far as I know, rheinland has a h-fuel sorce of their own in Frankfurt, either planet Hollstein or mannheim station... not sure but check the info cards. It is a bit more expensive then nromal H-fuel...
Its true that the GMG is allowed to drop off loads at mainz storage facillity so it should be neutral but if you hang out at helgoland you'll notice it getting shot at by the tradelane rings or trains that pass by... so I'm not quite sure...
The hessians are not friendly towards the GMG maybe neutral, I am however sure that the bundsuh are hostile towards the GMG as they oppose everything that bears a kusari tag
you have to work that out...
Note that the GMG does not fly to other houses themselves, they drop it off at osaka storage facility and from there it is distributed to the other houses by samura and kishiro(primarily samura but kishiro is becoming more and more active on the business front with the GMG as they now build the all the gasminers and transportships the GMG uses)
I wish you goodluck with this Faction! Getting everything sorted out will be a hard nut to crack!
