Mister Kamberg, I can understand what you are hoping for, but please remember that I have no preference to either group, and I already have a fair bit of a fortune to myself. Money makes the world go round, but knowledge makes everyone for the better. A weapon may not be the best choice of making the world a better place, but you surely should understand that some of us scientists enjoy sharing our work with everyone. It would be up to the receiver of our work to decide whether or not to share it with the rest of the sector.
And as for Espionage? I applaud any person who can manage to take my plans, and share them with their own group. I would be nothing short of amused and flattered if someone went that far to get to my technology.
