As for Crow, search. It is available on one of the neutral bases.

the crow is sold at a neutral base indeed, but i predict anyone undocking there to be shot down instantly by NPCs hehe

i have a question about BS licence.i have one on my bs,but i am alowed to buy it for my smaller ships?(corsair crusier nad gb) i know that someone maybe say that i am crazy when i will ?give 250 milion away,but first i was thinkin to buy spyglass for scanenr and bs licence make the same,but cost 250 not 400 mil. or is bs licence only alowed for BS?

I wanna know why the Kusari BS and its spawned NPCs in Tau-31 shoot everyone that goes by. Is this their new idea for a frontier? I hear it even shoots at other Kusari.
