lol, his computer. And his problem is widely spread among many people it seems, and for some reason only one guy managed to fix it, that was by completely reinstalling Windows. That means it's probably a windows crap (again) that was blocking the game, from a way or another, hapenning only randomly on some computer.

Ok, guys. This happens to me:
When I install the game, or activate a new mod, I get a screen that just says 'Loading' or 'Connection to Global Server' If I minimise the game, it will wait for like a min or two before something pops up (depending on your anti-virus) saying that 'You would like to allow connections to this program? I click yes, and it works. Before I figured this out, I got REALLY pissed.

If a router is used maybe it needs some reconfiguration.
Sometimes my router needs a reset because it suddenly blocks FL's Ports.
