The only problem is that the BIS ID, or any other super secret intelligence service ID doesn't let you do much. I always wanted to get some undercover RP, and you can ally with your enemies to gain their trust and etc.
But you can't do that so I gave up Kempeitai.

Well, the main problem with undercover operations is about meta & powergaming. it has to be controlled. :|
Another problem, undercover operations are rarely done in-game.

That said, to avoid metagaming, most MI6 activities will have to be done with the other side's permission. MI6 activities will also more often occur on the forums than in-game.
