Just take your CSV, go to Manhattan, and shoot the battleships and cruisers as they crash into the planet, then take the pilots and Hfuel to Manhattan to sell.

Mining can be a good way to get off to a flying start but as others have said watch your back.
Just to quit the server rules here slightly your only protected by sirius space laws until you reach player level 30.
Once you exseed that your fair game to pirates...
