Yes, the explanation which said "RHA is bent on destroying the Corsair threat at its heart". I guess that means we don't pirate.

No, no, it was said that the RHA is the Red Hessian Army, and they hardly ever pirate, sincetheir job is combating the Hessians' enemies. The pirating was said to be so sparse, that the RHA really should be considered not to pirate.
