Well i dont know much about lottery soo a partner would be good. i just thought of it as an idea for fun not really for me making money

I would love to be partner, was thinking to make something like this before
I think ticket should be 5 mill and drawing would be made once a week.
Buying tickets would be made in game outside Manhattan and wrote wich numbers had each player chosen in Lottery topic here on forums, also i think
We should increase number form 1-15, so that each player can buy max 5 tickets
And organizators would have to buy Liner(or two if win is more then 1.8bill)
and also have 10% of tickets profit for effort
Now stats on numbers 1 to 15, 2 need numbers to win
* You must choose a sequence of 2 numbers correctly to win.
* The lowest number you can choose is 1
* The highest number you can choose is 15
* A given number can only be chosen once per try (per lottery ticket, etc.)
When you select your 1st number, you have 15 numbers to choose from, and a 1 in 15 chance of picking the right one.(Mathematically, 1 in 15 is represented by the numerical fraction 1/15 or 0.066667%.)
When you select your 2nd number, you have 14 numbers to choose from, and a 1 in 14 chance of picking the right one. (Mathematically, 1 in 14 is represented by the numerical fraction 1/14 or 0.071429%.)
So players would have from 1 ticket 1 in 105 chance to win(wich is not bad)

Hmm, 10% 5mill = 500k? A bit on the high side if you ask me..
(Cover the cost of your Ships By all Means. No out of pocket expense of course)

Ok by real lottery they take 20-30% of tickets, so i think 10% is not much, since u must sit in fort of Manhattan for let say 1-2h each day so people can buy tickets, wich i could earn 70mill for 2h if i was trading. so i think 10% if rater fair price, ill make Lotter post and rules now:)

Add this idea to the pot and stir it:
Anyone camping out in NY just to chat has to buy a ticket every five minutes that they are in NY.
I have an uneducated feeling that all those people sitting around NY yesterday waiting for 128 to be reached is what kept crashing the server.
If you guys can make this idea work, (yours or mine) then I think we will have something great.

In England the Lottery fund gives money to good causes, like historical funds to renovate buildings and stuff, so anyhing not being cycled back into the lottery or taken as the 5/10% for the lottery team could be donated to the poorest faction. So a list of all the poorest factions could be drawn up and then one is picked at random for the Lottery 'cause' donation. Waddya think?

Things like this have been tried before and ended after a week or two, usually from lack of commitment. But, I think it's a decent idea if you have the time to do it.

I can be each day an hour or more usually form 7 Pm to 8-8,30 PM
and i was thinkting that each day Lottey ship is moved to diffrent system in sirius(New London, New Berlin, Malta, Crete, New Tokyo and Manhattan)
As for donating money to poorset faction, i have first to cover my costs of 120mill, then will we will see what to do if jackpot is not drawn, we could give 10% of Jackpot to poorest faction then, ofc if someone makes a list
