So, I have been overlooking your proposal you forwarded me for the terms of renting here, and I just want
to confirm some specifications. The storage areas should be lined with Plasma burners, highest spec possible,
the kind that can burn through anything and everything once ignited, leaving only ash. I would like to have
two crew quarters which will be occupied by 2 mercenary guards I will be hiring to protect the equipment I will
have stored in the compartments. As this will be private property in independent space, only the people listed
on a list I give you will have access to the cargo bay, including unloading staff from Ames, when/if I get
shipments of arms delivered here. Should any law enforcement personnel attempt to search my cargo, It would
be appreciated if they are turned away, but if they are getting to much to handle, contact me and I will have the
cargo that may be labeled suspicious moved to my secondary warehouse. One last thing before we talk money...

This will need to be signed by yourself and the administrator, as well as the staff that unloads goods for my

Well all our storage bay can be modified to fit the customer will. So yes they can be lined with Plasma Burner. We can also secure them to limit access. And Concerning the Administrator signature. Well...
