They didn't put their former General HAF-G-Tito.Vendetta but it's ok.
But seriously, you need a lot of improvement, no matter if you try to be official or not, when Mega was around things were a lot better, right now, HAF doesn't even look like a group (organized or not), just like random people use the tag because they saw someone else using it.

For me it's the same thing can be said of Sails. The difference is that the HAF is a group be consistent with his ideas and Sails are a group of friends doing what they please.

pee vee *coughs* friends. I see no point making 4th sair faction. I'd offer you sell your legates, join other factions. Benitez neither TBH don't have lot of active members (as I noticed, could be wrong), mostly are old ducks. Join them. Else you have black sails, we'll teach you how to pirate and use slow 600ms guns to kill wraiths.
And yeap, better increase activity of existing corsair factions.
