good point but that can be handled my anyone else too.
i think if we do so anytime it would be usefull if theres no admin needed for.
more like a upload portal for it.
make the uploaded pics public and let admins/mods/maybe angels and some other trustfull persons able to klick a "report" button.
make them not so cheap and so on...

Well, I wouldn't mind the ability for anyone to handle it, its just that I mistrust uploads viewable by everyone that can be changed by anyone. But a report button could work, eliminate the undesired and at the same time means practically no extra work whatsoever to admins.
