Already is the largest one apparantly.
This is basically just an extension of the Omicroner roleplay, with 74 being a hub of sorts for Omicron Zoners.
It being a relatively safe systemm a large station that would otherwise be too vulnerable to construct elsewhere in the Omicrons is possible.
