Hamburg City Freelancer Server - ... kur nubÄ—go? - 02-17-2011 ' Wrote:Meh, it gets boring to see Sabres without nerfs carrying krakens everywhere 8-| Ye 4 heimdall 3 magma shotguns are much more fun. : ) Hamburg City Freelancer Server - NOVA-5 - 02-19-2011 Ahh kindergarten, fond memories and good times i had there. yeah nostalgia:cool: played there about a year, met some good lads too. Even though i couldnt talk much German someone would always come to help you out of a spot, that spot being every 2 minutes. Yeah Spazzy, Hamburg City:yahoo: Hamburg City Freelancer Server - Papar - 02-19-2011 I was playing there before I started discovery (about 8 months ago). The times I spend on that server were better than the times I have spent here to be honest. But it had some bad things that caused me to leave. 1) If you can't speak german, you don't even get a forth of the respect you would get if you could (neither from the admins nor from most of the other players) 2) It was vanilla so everyone had eagle with 4 nomad guns and either 2 tizonas or a tizona and a kraken type 2 3) There was a cheater who the admins refused to ban because there wasn't a solid evidence that he cheated (he had 99% hit rate and could should weapons from the back of the ship). However, it had some awesome ideas like 1) Clanbases. Each clan could buy each own clanbase and had to defend it from the other clans. Attacking and Defending a clanbase was always fun. 2) The bounty hunting system. 3) The char manager 4) The ability to dock on the players that had cruiser or osiris (Even though this would be useless in discovery because when you die, you have a 4 hour penalty) Hamburg City Freelancer Server - Sanguines - 03-07-2011 Thats why I dont like Hamburg. Its pew pew, Pew Pew more. No RP. Half the people dont speak english, admins didnt speak english. Thou I did like the /tax system where one trader cant be taxed for an hour or so (I believe). That was a plus on trading there. However, you only had a max of 400 cargo back when I played there. It had /tax <person>, a message would come on traders screen. Next pirate would type /tax: He would get a message that this trader has recently been pirated. Hamburg City Freelancer Server - SeaFalcon - 03-07-2011 wut, 1 tizzie, 1 kraken2, 1 CB, 3 nomies 8-) Hamburg City Freelancer Server - Captain - 03-07-2011 hmmm, freelancer 1.0 yay for dromedary! Hamburg City Freelancer Server - kun - 03-07-2011 Valkyre with nomad engine and cloaking device  just sneek from behind, uncloak and shoot 4 raks a time - instant kill. assassin style. Was much fun, played there after stutti and before disco. Many cool features but the universe and the choice of ships are not really comparable to disco. Hamburg City Freelancer Server - Trim - 03-07-2011 1 Tizzy 3 krakens 2 omnomz on my eagle, I had to be the only person on the Freelancer Universe Server to do that. 1.0 was fun <3 Hamburg City Freelancer Server - Dead_Parrot - 03-08-2011 I used to love that server and I still nip on now and then but I did stop playing there as much for one main reason [S.T.E.]-*Asuka* 15.11.2010 - cheating - Global Ban - unban One of many people caught cheating only to be unbanned a few months later to cheat again, got sick of that. Trully was a pvp server. My char Ill-h3lIFI/\rE-lIl's pvp stats are Kills: 4597 Deaths: 3295 and I've only got 256 hours gameplay. That's 30 pvps an hour and I was a lazy pvper that barely fought there I mostly watched other people fighting. Some of the higher rated guys are topping 80k pvps. Insane number of fights. Is a lazy server though, everyone flying Eagles. |
