And secondly it would be the same as argueing the rules of each house. The thing is in this game is that your character has the choice to abide them or not. Which is your choice, and no one elses.

For the "Zoner fires on Zoner"-thing ...
Pretty much every faction has such or similar rules.
If you are a RM-pilot and disobeying an order -> other RM will shot you
If you use tech/ships without proper permission -> faction will asume it is stolen and open fire
etc.
The only point I see would be that OSC) is not official yet and may not have the rights to enforce their own rules within proper RP.

I have got a few ideas thought out in my head for event's howver I lack the numbers to be able to pull these off. The more players I have the more likely I am going to be able to run a successfull, all be it small event with other factions.
I do have plans incase that I am not able to run a small event properly. though if you wish to help in just making a OS&C event work please pm, and I will discuss the details with yourselves of how you will be able to help.
Edit: Yes I still got the Banner to edit as well. It will be done, eventually.
