you can use it on people who have psychotic, thought or personality disorder, in that cases it will be verifable.
But, in other cases, you will just get results that are consequences of person's current motivation and you cant use that in diagnosis. Eg. if someone says that he sees tridente, he probably likes the ship and he was playing Fl 5 min ago, but if you show image to someone who has paranoid shiz and he says that he sees killer who hunts him, that is totally different.
