You can try the Project Zero (aka Fetal Frame) series. They are very scary games. Also the ones suggested before this post.

The Fatal Frames are awesome, but pretty hard to get your hands on legal copies these days. Atleast in Germany.
Edit: I've the first and second in japanese, originals.

DEFINITELY Amnesia the Dark Descent, the fact that you can't even look at your enemies or you basically die is proper scary, when they bang on a door, you can't look.
Deadly Premonition as well, perhaps not super scary but definitely a mindf**k, although it is a marmite love/hate sort of affair.
