Hm, I thought that was changed to match the title of the ID.
I really don't care that much, to be honest, but I know some native german speakers seem to. BDM appears to be a "google translation" to German and is apparently using the wrong word for "intelligence". "Brainpower" instead of spying and stuff. And MND is apparently a better translation.
I would know, I used BDM when I was leader of the RM until being told off by several Germans.
