I have one ship with a cap 8. It is a slight edge but not worth it at all like ryok said.
If I bought a cap 8 for all 8 of my cruisers, I would have to do nothing but trade.

if you d be lucky you may see scylla spam in dublin.
but i sold my scylla after three days i bought it.
as for me-its a waste of money, cause to use it effective you need a good fighter\bomber escort.

Picking on standard liberty navy LNS is like Gordon Freeman taking his trusty crowbar to a disabled kid.... hilarious at first but gets old pretty quickly, especially lolpwning fat thrusterless caps like carriers.

Welp, got to get some kills in the rogue dessi.
It is just like a bret dessi in the way it flies, has pretty good armor, good fire to the front, dismal fire to the rear.
It seems to love primaries. I don't plan on trying to kill battleships so I gave it an efficient loadout. I am pretty happy with the result.
It manuvers very nicely for its size and is pretty fun to fly as well. Sirius bonus for operating in Lolberty space. I feel really confident that it would shred a seige cruiser and give most labc a run for thier money.
