They're using caps the way they were meant to be used, as a platform for smaller ships. Nothing wrong with that.

The OSS is Order Scout Squadron, the 44th, who use one forum account to keep people from knowing who they are so those they insult can't PM them and get the right person so the insult can be discussed without cluttering threads.

Andrew, your ranks are a bit wrong.
Major is above Captain. It should be Major, then Captain, and highest enlisted pilots should be commander.

I was using Navy ranks when I wrote it up, changing out some stuff for others(like specialist)

This kind of wings/squadrons are exactly what should exist.
Order has massive areas, parts of Sirius to keep an eye on.
Order| aka The Primary Fleet inrp represents bulk of Order forces and main objection would be defense of Minor, Toledo.
We do cover, recon and similar missions aswell, although playerbase is limited and very often we miss majority of any action outside omicrons.
I see 42nd outside of Omicrons equal to what is Order| around Minor. Have yet to see 63rd now, as it's pretty fresh one.
But I am certainly happy to see people making effort, doing the true Order rp, monitoring/tracking/hunting Nomads around houses.
This is what current Order as whole npc faction is missing, and you guys are trying to change it, so thumbs up, and good luck.
