I would say a smuggler faction would be interesting, I like smuggling. But it would be easier to simply join a faction with a smuggling wing (Talk to me if you want to join).
Otherwise the only all smuggling faction is IND, and that's invite only.

Almost every house has an unlawful faction with a smuggler wing. LR smuggles on a variety of Liberty/Rheinland and Liberty/Alpha smuggling routes, the LWB and RHA smuggle primarily slaves/blood diamonds/counterfeit software between Liberty and Rheinland, the MC is dead (replaced by mostly an exclusively PVP faction so almost no smuggling there), the GC (occasionaly) smuggles cardamine and assorted goods from Malta to Kusari.
Then you've got the Junkers who pride themselves as one of the largest shippers of smuggled and fenced goods in all of Sirius.
I'm also hearing that there is a relatively new shipping wing for the Outcasts involving Cardamine exports.
