Actually, now the Server Rules state that he shouldn't come back after he's died. The old rules actually favored pirates doing exactly this kind of thing. If a trader came back, his fault, he gets pirated again. The guy he is talking about was not a lower leveled folk like this one.
Since he made an RP decision to take that Fleet Commander, he should have to live with the RP consequence of that pirate hating him? Amirite? Or do we really live in a world of sugar, spice, and everything nice where everyone is instantaneously forgiven?
