Awesome....great idea to separate police factions from naval ones.
Just one thought.
Why not allow hackers to use it when there in range of a police officer who is using it....i.e. the hackers hack into the police officers systems, steals the info, and then gets a snapshot of whats going on.
Could create some cool interactions...
