Jeremy, send a message to one of Zoner factions' leaders and ask what to do. When I started to play Freeport I, I had almost a business-plan up to 4.86 and idea to fix the conseuqenses of Omega-3 incident between Zoners and Bretonia, so just come with an idea or two.
