autocheat banns ppl who rebuy the same ship they have currently in use. - that is one of the little things ...
now about the OP:
- the guideline is "leave the AI fighter as it is" - do NOT modify its gunsetups - do NOT transfer AI guns to other ships ... do NOT use other guns on the AI ship.
- use the default setup
this is how the ship is meant to be used - how it is balanced. - using anything but the default setup may or may not be against the rules... but it is not appreciated from a balance pov. so if you want to be fair to others - keep it as it is.

That, and there's an actual anti-cheat running that detects if the guns come off an AI ship, or at least there used to be.
Oh, and your signature is too wide. It's 750 x 250, and you're allowed no more than 700 x 250, as per Igiss. (http://discoverygc.com/forums/showthread.php?tid=1345)
