Hiroshima is a military zone, allowed only to [KNF] (player faction, not individuals), for istance the Kusari police is not allowed to enter.

I have a question for the BPA:
Would it be possible to obain permission to move Engine Components through Bretonian space to Canaria? The festival there will run down
a lot of dung-trucks, and I expect demand to skyrocket.
Perhaps with a pre-filed and approved flight plan to BPA with checkpoints for BPA to inspect cargo and manifest?
Also, Ames Research station needs Deutrium for their fireworks competitions, and the best way for us to get it there is from Canaria
through Bretonian and Liberty space - although I can understand if you'd not allow this seeing as you could not verify that fnord the cargo
did not end up further to the galactic north.

"Good lord, who would've thought that a Sergeant's job implies that much paperwork..."
Right then, his holo-screen flickered. His secretary, Ms Alice Noonan appeared on the screen:
"Sergeant Cooper, there is a transportation request from some trader. I'll forward it to your desk."
One of the good things the promotion had brought to Joshua was Ms Noonan - at least he wouldn't have to type and deliver all those reports and fines anymore.
"Oh, and Sergeant Cooper, another cup of tea?"
Joshua slowly fell in love with that girl.

as far as I am informed, engine components are no suspicious freight in Bretonia space. And we of course do not mind a delivery to the Zoners.
The only thing you might want to pay attention to are the dangers of your journey: Dublin - the system you need to cross in order to reach Omega 49 - is frequented by tons of Mollys and the BPA can not guarantee for your safety all the time should you choose that path.
About the Deuterium: this is a different matter. This will need a special allowance from Sir Lauderdale, as far as I know, he is currently doing the work of Commissioner Carlyle, the previous leader of the BPGTA.

Gentlemen,
in order to answer your questions about our policies concerning drug shipments inside Bretonia, I will now quote the official Bretonian law:

-Shipments of Cardamine will be told to drop their cargo and will be fined 5 Million Credits and be placed on the Wanted List* until they fulfill their fine.
-Shipments of Synthetic Marijuana will be charged 1 million. The traders however, will be allowed to keep their cargo and proceed to their intended destination.
As you can see, it is allowed to keep Synthetic Marijuana after being fined, unlike Cardamine, which will be destroyed on spot. I hope I could help you.

I got busted carrying mil vehics in Liberty and I had no idea it was illegal without a license. Poor reading on my part. I just stuck with the #1 post's lists and did not read the penal code later.
