On the other hand, the /ignore-command can also get another value after the flag:
/ignore <charname> [<flags>] <time>
Where <time> is the amount of time (hey, who'd thought that!) the player will be ignored and unblocked after the time expired. Maybe hours? Minutes?

Stupid idea based on false assumptions and negative experience.
I won't green-message you negatively if you did everything right.
I will green message you positively then and ask you e.g. for a way to improve, perhaps ask you for permission to stay, etc... constructive, nice talk.
I will negatively pm you if you were unfair, etc. Then my aim is not to annoy you (although you certainly will be annoyed) but to give you some honest feedback.
All these ways of communicating should be possible.
Counting them under the category of "whining" is plainly wrong.
