That. Also, don't forget that NPCs will still call them with the vanilla name, so this will make more sense.
And yes, I like the suggestion, it adds something new in the already existing bases. Freeports need that even more since they are more "unique".

FP-11 Hunterport? For some reason Bunters are more often using it instead of Dabadoru (fail,ignore this one)
FP-5 Rock'n'Roll- large rock,surrounded by smaller rocks which you collide with your ship and then your
your ship starts to roll (well kind of,at least when you are in free flight mode)
