Finding liquid cardi is easy,just find a wild PC player. They carry it on ship's. Now getting said product? That is much harder,as you need to kill the wild,and tractor in what they drop. The killing part will not be so easy though. Wild do seem to travel in packs,and fight like a trapped wolverine. So good luck getting some.

Because it's a Cryer product who are trying to create a legal version of Cardamine, which would push the outcasts and their illegal cardamine off the market. And as you might know the outcasts do get quite some money out of the cardamine smuggling. The outcasts on Malta are probably the most wealthy people in Sirius and would prefer it to stay that way.

Unlike, the first steps into that development go way back to early .85, if not .84. There was that SOB-Story about it but I can't find it anymore

Now, to clarify: Outcast Liquid Cardamine is something I don't exactly plan on selling since...
A. It's hard to make, and the Maltese needs it more tha nthe junkies of Liberty does. Hell, it's the cure for our infertility.
B. It carries with it an even greater effect than regular Cardamine, making subjects faster, stronger and more intelligent. There's no benefit in selling what is basically a super-human serum without any flaws (with the exception of the need to take more of it) to people who are not loyal towards the nation. No...
Regular Cardamine will still be our primary source of income in .86 and I sincerely doubt that we'll even bother telling anybody who isn't a well-respected Outcast about the Liquid version... due to it's rarity and all that.
So yeah.
PS. I know that I can't stop the devs from making dumb Liquid Cardamine trade routes, but what I can do is to kill anybody who trades in the stuff. ^__________^ +20 Renegade points to me, I guess.

Being a nation that is addicted to a very severe drug, what sense does it make for them to ban another, different, less intense drug? How would making it legal in Outcast space affect the profits they make of smuggling cardi?

I searched for 'liquid cardamine' and found conflicting posts everywhere.. some say it kills, others say it's just highly concentrated and doesn't kill.
