' Wrote:No. Man..... are there real terrorists, who don't kill people just demand stuff on phone ?

Heh, you know, there is a new way how prisoners keep stealing and robbing in Argentina. They call from the cells, with cell phones that the guards gave them, to random people, using pretexts like "I'm calling you from the Carrillo Hospital, a member of your family suffered an accident, bla bla bla" trying to catch an old lady out of her guard, and using the information that the person who picked up the phone gives.

Prisoner: "I'm calling you from the Carrillo Hospital, a member of your family suffered an accident, bla bla bla"
Old Lady: "Oh no, must be my son Juan, did he had the accident with his motorbike?"

Now the lady told them, her son's name, and that he uses to ride a motorbike, so the prisoners start using that information to get more info from the lady.

All that is done to get her address, telling her that someone is gonna pick her up to drive her to the hospital.

Once the person who's gonna drive her arrives her house, well, you can imagine the rest.

Robbing through telephone.

This thread again?

Imma say what Casero said in his first post: good roleplay isn't when things happen the way you want them to happen. Don't expected independent pirates to ask anything else than credits. Take supplies to their base? Which base? They're indies.

If they refuse I demand Armadillo, and frankly, someone that can't RP "Ejecting toilet paper" or "Ejecting Armadillo" and start running asks to get killed. BTW sometimes I demand shoes.

' Wrote:Well, I know they always demand money and such.. But it would be nice to have a bit more to it than just the required RP for not violating rules...

And I will make my own pirate.. when I get money for that..
Thanks for insulting my pirate character - now he's going only for the money to prove you right:P:D

By the way, what is "and such"?
We arrre pirrrates, we HAVE to demand something from you - it's our job here;)

Phew ... I was afraid you wouldn't tell us traders how to give you what you want:D

Yeah.I am a moron. Why didn't I rp a special pirate? Why didn't I rp a smart one who is smart enough to ask people to drive their cargo to my base? Why was I rping such a stupid person who makes money by getting it directly.I'm so stupid.I think I am allowed to call people morons now,why was I stupid enough to think that doing that would get me banned from forums/warned?
Yeah.

Lad, im an outcast that occasionaly pirates

i used to rp, hell i had times i even let people go without paying if they put up some good rp, why? cause rp is way more fun than money, i play games for the lulz, not to get rich on them.

lately i dont rp anymore when pirating. why you ask? cause whenever a pirate tries to RP you traders apparently seem to think its a sign of weakness, what happens if traders think were weak

1: they call in back-up to rape us
2: they try to get away silently, thinking we dont notice and than start cruising (in those cases people mostly die and go nag about non rp-ing pirates)
3: the smart kind of traders that parks themself right in front of a trading lane and think we pirates are stupid enough to believe their "wont dock, just standing here" exuses
4: (and this is the one i hate the most) they go around insulting us, nag about insane prices (oh noes, that 1 mill i ask will surely make you go poor) or metagame saying they have 100000 outcast chars too and that i shouldnt pirate fellow outcasts when theyre on their trader/miner

THATS WHY WE RP LOVERS STOPPED RP PIRATING A LONG TIME AGO

Piracy roleplaying - SnakThree - 05-22-2011

... So you're saying it's cool to no longer roleplay since silent traders didn't. K. That's the kind of pirates is worst. They know they could roleplay but they don't.

Treat others as you want to be treated. ( PvPwhores, ignore it =D )

How can you decide about me after your encounter with my character?

I'd like to say that you should differ characters from players. As well as roleplay from discussions.

I never found your character's RP much better than "My family owns drug field and we hate Corsairs/ our enemies", but do I mock you for that? It's stereotypical roleplay.
I gave something else to my Molly characters - one was nature-lover which got into friendly relations to NLH and mainly Sequoia, the other was non-drinking idealist striving for freedom without any violence, and the third was power-hungry murderer but loyal to code of conduct.
If you think Mollys like Outcasts, then you are very wrong. Cardamine, slaves, egoistic piracy... That's totaly against what Mollys are fighting for.

To sum up, if you didn't like my roleplay it does not mean it's bad.

Also, kudos to my old friend and then nemesis, Sequoia. ((hug))

Stop trading insults.
