Stats are decided by the balance folks.
Right now it looks like a smooth gunboat, make it more distinct from the Scylla and gunboat.

I think it wouldn't be bad give it a forward gun, somewhere in the triangle of doom at the front, cause right now it's poorly armed for this size I think.

There are some tutorials lying around that should help you with texturing if you can't get someone to help.
That said, it isn't ready for texturing.
The ship still needs more details.
Slightly cautious of the engine connections. They look to be extremely smooth and curved, which suggests a lot of polys.
The ship still lacks something distinguishing it from the gunboat and destroyer.

This bulky "thing" in the left side is the enginerbay, where the wire goes to the forwardgun.

Now all of a sudden I'm not seeing the rogue/molly influence so much, but what you've done with the front is.. interesting, to say the least.
Still, I rather like it myself. The mesh seems pretty clean and straightforward, I -might- give texturing the thing a go if I get a chance.

However, Frigate class would be pretty interesting, a GB cruiser hybrid thing with 2 Cruislol turrets...
but would need some sort of uber restriction to keep all the good ol lolwats from spamming Gunboat missiles like no tomorrow....
Edit: However, I do like the job youve done, does not look freelancerish...and it looks kinda like the front came out of my brain for my idea of what a vanguard class Cruiser would look like....
