I must agree with Hielor. Rules are rules. Flying that LF will get you in trouble if you have the luck to pass by a sanction-lancer.

It's only available on Holstein, so if it would be white cell, you should ask DHC.

It's not rheinland civillian no matter what the info card says, by the tech chart civillian technology is only limited to Transports and Frieghters with ONE exception which is the KuEx.
